Microsoft didn't just bring a new Surface Laptop Go laptop and an updated Surface Pro X: There were also a slew of new accessories and peripherals.
The new lineup includes two new mouse options and a new keyboard, as well as upgrades to existing peripherals.
MicrosoftDesigner Compact Keyboard
Microsoft Designer Compact is a compact keyboard that has all the standard keyboard keys except the numeric keypad and can be used with up to three devices, easily switching between devices via Bluetooth.
The keyboard itself runs for two years on a single set of batteries, comes in two different finishes, and users can access commonly used shortcut keys via the function row. It's priced at $69.99.
Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse
The first of Microsoft's two new mice, the Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse features a soft thumb rest and two customizable shortcut buttons. It comes in a variety of colors, including a rather eye-catching orange, and costs $49.99.
Microsoft Modern Portable Mouse
The second Microsoft mouse, the Modern Portable Mouse focuses on size and portability. It is designed to match the thinness of the Surface Laptop Go and is designed for business travelers who want the convenience of a trackpad but don't want to burden their backpacks. It comes in sandstone or silver finishes and is also plain in design.
Microsoft Numeric Keypad
Not everyone needs a numpad, so Microsoft sells the keyboard and numeric keypad separately. For those who do, you can buy this accessory, which uses Bluetooth connection and does not take up more USB ports. It costs $24.99.
Microsoft 4K Wireless Display Adapter
The fifth and final new accessory announced today is the Microsoft 4K Wireless Display Adapter. Again, the name doesn't need much explanation: It simply connects a Windows laptop -- like the Surface Laptop Go -- to an external display that supports up to 4K resolution. On one end is a USB Type-A plug; on the other, an HDMI plug. It costs $69.99.
