As a giant in the field of mobile phone fast charging, OPPO's flash charging technology communication meeting is undoubtedly a blockbuster news for the industry.
In the mobile phone industry, OPPO's flash charging technology has always been in a leading position. There is even a saying that "when it comes to fast charging, look at OPPO". The early classic advertisement of "Charge for 5 minutes, talk for 2 hours" allowed consumers to see an OPPO mobile phone that can greatly reduce charging time. It is worth mentioning that OPPO is the first mobile phone brand to commercialize 65W flash charging technology and sink it to more users. The OPPO Reno4 released some time ago is equipped with this hardcore charging technology. It can be charged to more than 60% in 15 minutes, and the 4020mAh large-capacity battery can be fully charged in 36 minutes at the fastest, truly realizing "charge for 5 minutes, watch dramas for 4 hours". Compared with some fruit mobile phones that take one or two hours to fully charge, the 65W super flash charging of the OPPO Reno4 series is already amazing enough.
However, OPPO is not satisfied with the 65W super flash charging, and the next generation of fast charging technology is coming. This year, many mobile phone manufacturers have implicitly mentioned the fast charging technology of more than 100W, but most of them are in the PPT stage and have not been commercialized on the market. Among many mobile phone manufacturers, OPPO is most likely to achieve the fastest fast charging technology of more than 100W and be able to use it commercially. Coupled with the side response of the official video this time, it seems that this year's fast charging technology will directly increase from 65W to 125W.
It is not surprising that OPPO can come up with the most advanced fast charging technology one step ahead of others. Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office released the ranking of patent authorizations in the first half of 2020. The top three companies are Huawei, OPPO and BOE. In the past three years, OPPO has always been among the top domestic companies in terms of the number of invention patent authorizations. The strong scientific research and innovation capabilities have provided a good breeding ground for OPPO's many hard-core technologies, and this 125W flash charging is one of them.
