Recently, an investor asked Han's Laser on an interactive platform, "Can the company's ultraviolet laser be used in lithography machines?" In response, Han's Laser said, "The company's lithography machine projects under development are mainly focused on applications in discrete devices, LEDs and other fields, and have not yet been sold."
According to the official website of Han's Laser, founded in 1996, Han's Laser is the largest industrial laser processing equipment manufacturer in Asia and ranked among the top three in the world. Its main products include laser marking machine series, laser welding machine series, laser cutting machine series, new energy laser welding equipment, laser demonstration series, PCB drilling machine series, industrial robots and other series of more than 200 types of industrial laser equipment and intelligent equipment solutions.
In May this year, Han's Laser stated in an institutional survey that in 2019, due to the cyclical decline in equipment demand from major customers in the consumer electronics industry and the cautious capital expenditures of some industry customers caused by Sino-US trade frictions, the company's orders decreased compared with the same period, and some customer orders were delayed in delivery, which affected the company's performance.
However, the continued improvement of the 5G and server industries this year has significantly driven the demand for processing equipment in the PCB industry. Han's Laser also stated that despite the impact of the epidemic, the company's PCB business still maintained good growth in the first quarter of this year, with shipments in March hitting a record high. At present, the PCB business has sufficient orders on hand and the factory has been in full production. In the second quarter, the PCB business is still expected to continue the good growth momentum of the first quarter.
