Shanghai Zhangjiang's integrated circuit sales revenue in the first half of the year was 36.495 billion yuan, accounting for 62%

Pudong Times reported that the latest data released by the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association recently showed that the total sales revenue of Shanghai's integrated circuit industry in the first half of the year was 58.665 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.9%.

Among them, Pudong accounted for 73.4%, with a year-on-year increase of 21.5%. The sales revenue of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Zhangjiang Core Area totaled 36.495 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%, accounting for 62% of Shanghai and 84.7% of Pudong.

The Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association also pointed out that Zhangjiang's chip manufacturing and packaging industries declined in 2019. However, the chip design industry and equipment materials industry grew significantly, increasing by 17.5% and 15% respectively.

According to a report released by Zhangjiang, as the Silicon Valley of Shanghai's integrated circuit industry, Zhangjiang has the most complete and comprehensive industrial chain layout for integrated circuits in China.
