Sennheiser · Innovative technology leads the transformation of the audio industry
EW-DP SKP plug-on transmitter and new components of EW-DX series
The Evolution Wireless Digital family is a fully digital UHF wireless microphone system launched by Sennheiser in recent years, including the EW-D, EW-DX and EW-DP series products, all of which have advanced technologies such as the industry-leading 134dB transmitter dynamic range, 1.9ms ultra-low latency and equidistant distribution, and have received numerous praises since their launch. This time, Sennheiser will focus on exhibiting the new EW-DP series product - the EW-DP SKP plug-in transmitter (hereinafter referred to as SKP) and the new component of the EW-DX series - the EW-DX four-channel Dante receiver.
SKP is an excellent product for videographers, broadcasters and filmmakers. Its onboard 32-bit floating point recording, combined with an ultra-wide 134dB transmitter dynamic range, can capture rich sound details and eliminate audio distortion. SKP makes video recording simple and reliable, especially suitable for video and film shooting with mobile sound collection using a shotgun microphone. In addition, SKP is equipped with a micro SD card slot, which can store a safe copy of the audio on a micro SD card, providing users with audio security backup and added protection.

The EW-DX full-rack, four-channel Dante receiver supports multiple network modes for flexible integration into existing workflows. The receiver bandwidth is selectable up to 88 MHz, and with Sennheiser’s equidistant distribution function, up to 146 channels can be planned in standard mode and up to 293 channels in high link density mode, allowing users to easily complete frequency planning.

HD 490 PRO Open-Back Monitor Headphones
Earlier this year, Sennheiser released the new open HD 490 PRO reference studio monitor headphones, designed for music production, mixing and mastering, with highly accurate sound reproduction, a wide and realistic sound field, and an innovative dual earmuff design (velvet earmuffs for production and fabric earmuffs for mixing). The HD 490 PRO's excellent accuracy and sound field provide producers, mixing and mastering engineers and musicians with the transparency they need for critical mixing decisions, and enable them to confidently resolve any issues related to phase adjustment.
Designed for music production, mixing and mastering, the HD 490 PRO features highly accurate sound reproduction and a wide, realistic soundstage.
MKH 8030 RF Condenser Microphone
The much-anticipated MKH 8030, with its figure-8 pickup pattern, offers professional sound engineers the options of MS, Dual MS and Blumlein stereo recording and is ideal for scenarios where maximum attenuation of adjacent sound sources is required, whether for PA systems that require acoustic cancellation or where pickup of adjacent instruments must be avoided. As a successor to the MKH 8000 series, the MKH 8030 shares the same outstanding qualities as the previous series: excellent sensitivity, durability in adverse weather conditions, wide frequency response, low noise floor and a natural and coherent sound image without off-axis chromatic aberrations. The sonic signature of the MKH 8030 has been carefully designed to blend harmoniously with the sound of existing microphones in the MKH 8000 series.
As another masterpiece of the MKH 8000 series, the MKH 8030 inherits the excellent qualities of the series: excellent sensitivity, durability in harsh weather conditions, wide frequency response, low noise floor, and natural, coherent sound image without off-axis chromatic aberration.
WMAS Wireless Multi-Channel Audio System
In response to the increasingly severe frequency resource challenges, Sennheiser has launched the innovative WMAS wireless multi-channel audio system, which will completely change the settings of multi-channel wireless microphones and in-ear monitoring.
Sennheiser will present a presentation titled “WMAS – The Next Generation of Broadband Wireless Professional Multi-Channel Audio System” during the exhibition, deeply analyzing the infinite application possibilities of this cutting-edge technology.
Zhao Yajun, Professional Audio Product Application Technology Manager of Sennheiser Greater China, will give a speech entitled "WMAS - The Next Generation of Broadband Wireless Professional Multi-Channel Audio System" at the 14th Professional Audio Technology High-end Forum on May 23 and the IFTT 2024 Future Sound Technology Conference on May 24, respectively, deeply analyzing the infinite application possibilities of WMAS, a cutting-edge technology.
Noimman: the perfect combination of classics and continuous innovation
