Amass connector helps Northeastern University TDT team win the third place in Mech Masters

In early August, in the 23rd National College Student Competition 2024 Mech Master Super Showdown, after multiple rounds of competition in the group stage and knockout stage, the Northeastern University TDT team won the national third place in this competition.

In the competition, the Northeastern University TDT team used Amass internal power on the engineering robot and wheel-legged robot. The contestants of the TDT team mentioned that the wiring of the engineering robot's arm has always been a problem they face. After using the Amass internal power connector, the robot arm can remain stable even at high speeds; and the wheel-legged robot can obtain 24 volts of electricity from the battery stably after using the Amass connector, thus avoiding power loss and making the robot run stably.

After the competition, a contestant from Northeastern University’s TDT team said: “Thank you to ams for supporting our school’s competition and providing high-quality connectors. They helped our school win the third place in the national RoboMaster 2024 Super Robot Competition. These connectors played a very important role in our design, not only improving the robot’s wiring efficiency, but also greatly enhancing the safety of the system.”
