Deep sewage treatment refers to the further water treatment process of urban sewage or industrial wastewater after primary and secondary treatment in order to meet certain reuse water standards so that the sewage can be reused as water resources in production or life.
The following figure is a data acquisition network topology diagram of the equipment in the expanded sewage deep treatment station. The system uses Siemens CPU315-2 DP as the PROFIBUS-DP network master station; three Siemens CPU226 as PROFIBUS-DP network slave stations; one Siemens CPU314-2DP as a PROFIBUS-DP network slave station; and a CP5611 card installed on the PC as a PROFIBUS-DP network slave station. The PROFIBUS hub YT-PB-HUB is used to connect all the slave station segment networks in parallel, and then connect to the master station.
YT-PB-HUB is a PROFIBUS hub suitable for industrial environments. The product has passed the EMC electromagnetic compatibility test standard. It provides a communication solution that uses twisted pair as the communication transmission cable when the PROFIBUS signal is in the communication state of 0-12MBPS, transforms the bus into a star network, and extends the PROFIBUS communication distance to about 1200 meters. Another significant function is to isolate the PROFIBUS bus, especially for bus structures without any surge protection measures. In order to avoid equipment operation risks, a PROFIBUS hub needs to be connected in series. On the bus with the PROFIBUS hub, YT-PB-HUB also enhances the driving ability of the PROFIBUS signal to drive the bus to connect more PROFIBUS devices. YT-PB-HUB requires external power supply, 10--30V DC wide voltage input, and withstand voltage of 4000V. At the same time, the built-in transient suppression components and 16KV ESD surge protection can effectively prevent the PROFIBUS bus from being damaged by surges such as lightning strikes and surges, ensuring that the PROFIBUS equipment and PROFIBUS bus operate in a safe and reliable state.
