Microchip has many tools that work together to assist and speed up the product development process. We will explore tools such as the Curiosity Nano Development Board, MPLAB X, MPLAB Code Configurator (MCC) and the XC Compiler and how they work together to generate code quickly and efficiently.

Michael Pearce is an engineer with extensive experience. While in New Zealand, he was familiar with PC manufacturing, automotive electronics, chemical process control and nanotechnology, and also worked as a design consultant. In
2008, he moved to the United States and continued to work as a design consultant. He then worked as a product application engineer for a Microchip distributor, specializing in Microchip-related business, and officially became a Microchip application engineer in 2010. He then began to manage the hardware development team and invested in the development of new silicon products. He currently specializes in training and proprietary activities.
