The result shows that good lubricating oil can continue to be used for one year without changing the oil, which also proves the necessity of regular inspection of the motor.
Micro gear reduction motor. The following are the parts to check the lubrication system:
1. Check the remaining lubricating oil in the oil tank to ensure sufficient oil volume, and check the seals to prevent leakage;
2. Check the bottom of the fuel tank for sedimentation pollutants and foreign matter;
3. Check the heat exchanger to prevent leakage or blockage, observe the oil temperature, and determine whether the heat exchanger is cooling the lubricating oil correctly;
4. Check the pressure gauge, oil pump, nozzle, oil filling hole, oil level indicator, filter and other lubrication devices to ensure they are working properly;
5. If the observation hole of the reducer gearbox is large enough to see the bearings and oil supply tank, check the bearings and oil supply tank to make sure there is no debris blocking the oil path and the lubricating oil can flow smoothly into the bearings;
6. Ventilation holes and filters should be installed correctly to ensure normal operation;
7. Universal joints and seats should also be included in the inspection items.
Recommendation: When inspecting the micro gear reducer motor, the gearbox of the reducer motor should be opened. If the situation does not allow, only open the observation hole. Clean the reducer gear surface and observe and record the surface. But even with very detailed records, it is difficult to distinguish the difference between the reducer tooth surface this time and the next time. If conditions permit, color photos are the best way to record surface changes.
