Thyristor DC speed control is also one of our company's flagship products, and has always been highly recognized in the market. In 2021, our company continued to work hard on the original basis and developed two new products: ZKS-II single-phase reversible DC drive and ZKS-III 4-quadrant thyristor transmission device.
ZKS-II is a specially designed product that uses the technology of SIMREG-2C from abroad and combines it with the production conditions of domestic enterprises. It is suitable for the control of the speed and torque of various DC motors below DC340V, which require frequent forward and reverse (reverse braking) braking and drag systems. It can also be used for constant current source control of high-power DC motor excitation power supply. It has the advantages of stable performance, powerful functions and easy installation.
ZKS-II single-phase reversible DC drive
The ZKS-III type uses the imported special chip TCA785 to achieve non-circulating current control, reverse braking function, high-speed forward and reverse free switching, inching, single action, linkage, voltage feedback, speed measurement feedback can be freely selected, the lifting slope is adjustable from 0 to 30S, and it has multiple functions such as constant current, constant voltage, constant torque, etc.
