According to the official website of Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission, the industrial project of Plot 0106 in Block YZ00-0606 of Yizhuang New Town was sold for approximately RMB 842 million, and the winning bidder was Xiaomi Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiaomi Communications Technology.


The listing document shows that the industrial land is planned to be used for the construction of new energy intelligent connected vehicle and parts manufacturing projects, with fixed asset investment of no less than 2.6 billion yuan and an annual output value of no less than 16 billion yuan when reaching full capacity.


The transfer document shows that the land is for industrial use, with a land area of ​​531,100 square meters, a controlled building area of ​​no more than 690,500 square meters, and a total transfer period of 50 years. The starting price of the land was about 842 million yuan, and it was finally sold at the reserve price.


It is reported that the project is located in the manufacturing production leading area. According to the requirements of regional industrial cultivation, it is planned to develop high-end automobile and new energy intelligent automobile industries, and the planned land use nature is Class I industrial land (M1). According to the design plan, the total construction area of ​​the project is about 400,000 square meters, including 391,500 square meters above ground and 8,503.33 square meters underground, with a floor area ratio of 0.74, a maximum building height of 15.95 meters, a green area rate of 15.04%, and a total of 1,009 motor vehicle parking spaces.
