Compact SOD-123FL package is compatible with automated PCB assembly processes

Takes up approximately 40% less PCB space than previously available components

Operating peak reverse voltage range: unidirectional (5 to 78 V) and bidirectional (10 to 78 V)

Low leakage current performance

High operating temperature: up to 175°C
