Through the application of Hall sensors, it can detect whether the door of the disinfection cabinet is open or closed.
When the door is open, the Hall element and the magnet are at a far distance, and the Hall element cannot be triggered. This is the output of the Hall output in a high level state, and the indicator light inside is on, which is also convenient for us to operate. When the door is closed, the Hall element and the magnet are close, the Hall is in a triggered state, the Hall outputs a low voltage, and the indicator inside is turned off. At the same time, the controller is set to detect that the host can only start the disinfection work when the Hall is in this state, ensuring that people will not be injured when using the tableware disinfection cabinet.
This article recommends using our low-power, high-sensitivity Hall element AH462 for the Hall element used in tableware disinfection cabinets. This chip is omnipolar, which is convenient for magnet installation. It is also highly sensitive and easy to match with magnetic steel. Because tableware disinfection cabinets often need to work at high temperatures, the high-temperature resistant Hall element AH462 has become the preferred product. Because tableware disinfection cabinets are powered directly by power supply, we can use the Hall supply voltage to control it within 24V through voltage conversion and voltage stabilization, and it can be used directly.
The Hall element AH462 is designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip integrates a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small signal amplifier, a chopper regulator, a Schmitt trigger and a CMOS output driver. The chip has good temperature stability, strong stress resistance, high sensitivity, etc. The operating voltage is 2.5V-5.5V, and it provides TO-92S direct plug-in package and SOT23-3L package, and the package complies with RoHS environmental protection standards.
