The soft aluminum bar of the aluminum foil soft connection of the new energy power battery pack is made by welding the aluminum foil stacked parts together into a whole. The overlap surface adopts molecular constant temperature welding, which is formed by constant temperature welding, and then formed and punched as required.
Material: Use 0.05~0.3mm thick single piece aluminum foil through multi-layer superposition welding, and nickel strip can be added on the surface for welding.
The surface can be treated with a sheath or plastic dipping insulation as required.
