The EUP3270 is a synchronous buck converter capable of driving 4A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. Fault protection includes current limiting, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. The internal soft-start system can achieve small inrush current and output overshoot during chip startup.

The input voltage range of EUP3270 is 4.5V to 30V, and it can operate in CC (constant current) mode or CV (constant voltage) mode. EUP3270 provides programmable cable compensation by adjusting the external resistor divider. The COMP pin can be pulled down to less than 0.14V to achieve external shutdown function.
The EUP3270 synchronous rectifier buck IC uses a SOP-8 (EP) package with a maximum output current of 4A. It is widely used in automotive charging, portable charging applications, DC/DC converters with current limiting, and other fields.
