The project "Three-dimensional combined interconnected flexible printed circuit board product technology for high-definition OLED display modules" jointly developed by Zhongjing Yuansheng and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China is a newly developed low-cost, high-yield three-dimensional multi-layer interconnected FPC production technology, which greatly simplifies the production process of high-precision FPC multi-layer boards, with a yield of over 90% and costs reduced by 20%.
Guangdong Keyuan Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Co., Ltd., a third-party professional scientific and technological achievement evaluation agency, organized experts to review and discuss samples of Zhongjing Electronics' two projects in accordance with the standards and procedures for scientific and technological achievement evaluation, based on the principles of science, independence, objectivity and fairness. The evaluation committee believes that the technologies of Zhongjing Electronics' two projects have reached the domestic leading level and unanimously agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievement evaluation.
