Vacuum solenoid valve installation method
1. When installing the vacuum solenoid valve, the coil should be facing upward and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the vacuum solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline. The vacuum solenoid valve must not be installed in a place with splashing or leaking water.
2. The working medium of the vacuum solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filters on the surface of the internal parts of the vacuum solenoid valve need to be cleaned regularly.
3. When a vacuum solenoid valve fails, a bypass device should be installed to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system.
4. In the piping system, the diameter of the vacuum solenoid valve installed on the branch line should be smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline valve.
5. Before installing the vacuum solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter before the valve and a steam trap on the steam pipeline.
6. The vacuum solenoid valve cannot be installed in the concave part of the pipeline to avoid the condensation of steam, impurities, etc. in the valve and hindering its operation.
7. Vacuum solenoid valves cannot be used in explosion-hazardous environments.
8. If the pipeline is not rigid enough, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to avoid vibration when the vacuum solenoid valve is working.
9. Before installing the vacuum solenoid valve, you must also pay attention to the product label and read the instruction manual carefully to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use.
10. A pressure gauge needs to be installed on the pipes before and after the vacuum solenoid valve to observe the pipes.
Precautions for installing vacuum solenoid valve
1. When installing, please note that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install it in a place where there is direct dripping or splashing water. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upward.
2. The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within the power supply voltage fluctuation range of 15%-10% of the rated voltage.
3. After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. It must be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use.
4. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned. The medium introduced should be free of impurities. Install a filter before the valve.
5. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure that the system continues to operate.
