On May 25, Vanke Cloud launched the security and electromechanical service brand "Vanke Security" at Hikvision's Hangzhou headquarters.
This brand launch is another major strategic move by Vanke Cloud following the strategic upgrade of Vanke Property.
On October 27, 2020, Vanke Property underwent a strategic transformation and was renamed Vanke Cloud Space Technology Service Co., Ltd., referred to as "Vanke Cloud". It has three major modules: Space, Tech and Grow, and is committed to using technology to promote the digital upgrade of the space service industry.
Wanyu was jointly established by Vanke's subsidiary and Hikvision. Its predecessor was the security and mechanical and electrical operation center of Vanke Property. It mainly engages in security and mechanical and electrical businesses among the "four guarantees" of property services.
It is reported that after being separated from Vanke Property, Vanke Yu will launch an attack on China's Xicom model.
Building the Xikem Model in China

In response to the first question, Vanke and Hikvision said that they would export Vanke Property's security and mechanical and electrical capabilities and promote the cloud platformization of all things.

After the strategic transformation, Vanke Property and Vanke Security are both under Vanke Cloud. Now Vanke Security has been split off to increase brand strength.
After being split into two, the former becomes a butler-type property, while the latter becomes a technical service-type property.
Zhu Baoquan, CEO of Vanke Cloud, has repeatedly stated that properties are divided into "steward-type" and "four-guarantee-type". Four-guarantee-type properties are the specific operators, while steward-type properties provide suggestions to the owners.
This split means that Vanke will further vertically segment the property industry, standardize the underlying capabilities in the property industry chain, and then open and share service quality and management experience with the industry through Vanke Cloud, in order to change the development path of the entire industry.
