The strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Thundersoft Software Co., Ltd. ("Thundersoft", stock code: 300496), a world-leading provider of intelligent operating system technology and products, and SAIC Motor Corporation Limited Zero-Bundle Software Branch ("SAIC Zero-Bundle") was held at Shanghai Automotive Innovation Port.

The two parties will establish a long-term, stable and in-depth cooperative relationship, jointly build a world-leading intelligent connected vehicle software platform with SAIC Group's brand characteristics, accelerate the construction of the intelligent connected vehicle innovation chain, and jointly build a "moat" for the intelligent connected vehicle business.
The signing ceremony was hosted by Cui Hao, deputy general manager of SAIC Zero-Beam. Li Jun, deputy director of SAIC Technical Center and general manager of SAIC Zero-Beam, and Wu Wenguang, executive president of Thundersoft, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, Thundersoft will enter into a five-year stable strategic partnership with SAIC Zero-Bundle, relying on the superior resources and technologies of both parties to jointly build the world's leading SAIC intelligent networked car software platform from multiple dimensions: forming a complete intelligent networked car software operating system platform combining car and cloud; building a development process, tools and quality system oriented towards software-defined cars; forming UI/UE design capabilities and assets with SAIC brand recognition that meet personalized and intelligent experience; at the same time, establishing a supporting platform for SAIC brand applications and development ecology. With scenarios as the core, software as the foundation and data as the driving force, it will help SAIC Group's independent and joint venture brands and export models to continue to lead and innovate.
