Honeywell's Emerging Markets China Headquarters Project has officially settled in Wuhan Optics Valley, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hosheng Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., has been registered and established. This is the first Fortune 500 company to set up an independent legal entity in Optics Valley this year.
It is reported that Honeywell's Emerging Markets China Headquarters Project plans to carry out R&D, sales, marketing, and customer management work for related products (fire alarm systems, industrial control instruments, sensors, detectors, high-performance fiber products, printing and scanning equipment, workflow software, etc.) around its three major businesses in China: smart building technology, specialty materials and technology, and safety and productivity solutions.
On January 20 this year, Honeywell and East Lake Hi-Tech Zone signed the Honeywell Emerging Markets China Headquarters Project in Wuhan. On March 21, Honeywell registered and established an independent legal entity company, Huosheng Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., in East Lake Hi-Tech Zone as the operating entity of Honeywell Emerging Markets China Headquarters.
After the Wuhan epidemic broke out this year, Honeywell donated a total of 500,000 Honeywell KN95 masks to Wuhan, more than 2,000 fire detection alarms to Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital, and provided about 3,000 air purifiers to 50 hospitals in Hubei.
Honeywell is a Fortune 500 high-tech company. Currently, its four major business groups, namely aerospace, smart buildings, specialty materials, and safety and productivity solutions, have all settled in China. In China, Honeywell has long used innovation to drive growth and implemented the strategies of "East Serving East" and "East Serving the World".
