On October 17, the opening ceremony of EVE Energy’s 33rd factory was held in Longquanyi, Chengdu.

Yiwei Lithium Energy's 33rd factory mainly produces 21700 and 26105 type ternary cylindrical batteries. The production line put into production this time is the aluminum shell power battery production line, and the steel shell cylindrical full-ear battery production line will be put into production in December.
The 33rd factory adopts a fully automated production line and applies a battery traceability system, which can achieve full automation of the production process and full informatization of process data, ensuring that products meet higher standards. It can provide high-quality, high-safety, high-reliability, and long-life battery products for domestic and foreign high-end passenger cars, power tools, electric two-wheeled vehicles and other markets.

Liu Jianhua, president of Yiwei Lithium Energy, emphasized that cylindrical batteries are the company's strategy, and their standardized characteristics will become an important direction for market selection. The current positioning of luxury car brands also confirms the correctness of this direction. The smooth commissioning of the factory will promote win-win results between the company and its partners and contribute to the economic construction of Chengdu.
