The G32A1445 seat controller application solution uses its intelligent algorithm and high-efficiency performance to achieve integrated control of position adjustment, angle adjustment, memory, massage, ventilation, heating and other functions. At the same time, through the self-learning function in the control system , it automatically measures the limit position of the seat in the car, effectively preventing the motor from being damaged due to long-term stalling.
The solution is mainly composed of sensors, motors , communication circuits, power supplies, etc. The main control uses the Jihai G32A1445 automotive general-purpose MCU, which uses the built-in EEPROM of the chip to store seat memory data and provide a one-key recovery seat adjustment function; G32A1445 receives sensor data, accurately controls the motor, drives the ventilation fan, lumbar pillow, headrest and backrest, etc. to optimize seat comfort, and realizes the switch heating function to further enhance the driving experience. At the same time, the solution supports real-time monitoring of the power supply function, calibrates the motor rotation torque through algorithms, realizes overcurrent protection , prevents abnormal stalling, etc., to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire system.
