Airbag controller solutions
The company has launched airbag controller solutions, including the MCU CCFC2012BC, which has been adapted to 2 million airbags installed in vehicles, and the airbag ignition chip CCL1600B, which has completed AEC-Q100 and bench testing, and the dual C*Core MCU + ignition driver. The chip solution fully considers the system cost and safety needs of OEM customers during the chip design definition stage. Circuit functions such as power management, communication and functional safety are integrated on-chip, thereby minimizing the system BOM cost and improving the protection against abnormal working conditions. Monitoring and processing capabilities provide customers with more cost-effective solutions.
Product Description:
CCFC2012BC is a 32-bit automotive-grade MCU chip independently designed by Suzhou Guoxin based on the PowerPC instruction set. Its processor core adopts Guoxin C2003 processor core and has a DMA, integrated SRAM controller, independent code flash memory and data flash memory. , 8-channel CAN bus controller (CAN FD), two sets of eMIOS, 10-channel Lin controller, two ADCs and other peripheral modules. Main frequency: 120MHz
Flash (with ECC): 1.5MB, RAM: 128KB, 8 channels CanFD, 10 channels Lin, 64 channels eMIOS, 53 channels 12-bit ADC
Working temperature -40℃~125℃.
Unique advantages:
CCFC2012BC adopts high-reliability design technology and meets the zero-defect design requirements of automotive electronics. It adopts a 40nm dedicated process for automotive electronics and has passed the AEC-Q100 standard test. Its functional safety meets the ASIL-B level and meets the high reliability and safety requirements of automotive electronics. Most of the core IP, chip design, packaging and testing are all made domestically.
Application scenarios:
It is especially suitable for automotive electronic applications such as car body control (BCM), vehicle control unit (VCU), gateway (Gateway), and airbag control (ACU).
Product Description:
The CCL1600B chip provides up to 16 airbag ignition circuits, 6 PSI5 sensor interfaces, 10 resistance or Hall element detection channels, 2 high-voltage PWM output interfaces, with enhanced safety detection and automatic diagnosis functions. The chip is also configured with functions Powerful power supply system, one chip solves the power supply problem that other power chips inside the ECU (electronic control unit) have to solve, and also integrates a CAN communication interface (supported by CCL1600B2L4 model).
Unique advantages:
CCL1600B is the first dedicated airbag ignition chip in China, achieving a domestic "zero" breakthrough. It cooperates with the company's MCU-CCFC2012BC, which has been used in airbag controllers for more than 2 million units, forming an independent MCU+ASIC ignition dual-chip solution. . The CCL1600B chip integrates the power module, trigger loop module, sensor interface module, communication module and complex security module on one chip, which can form a complete solution to the monopoly market of foreign giant products Bosch CG90X series and ST (STMicroelectronics) L9679 series. Replacement; The highly compact dual-chip airbag controller (ACU) composed of the mixed-signal system ASIC and Guoxin Technology's automotive-grade microcontroller chip will realize the national production solution for automotive airbag controllers and is the first domestic automotive airbag controller. In the field of airbags, it is a milestone product that achieves independent controllability, high reliability and safety, providing important support for the supply chain security of domestic car companies.
Application scenarios:
Ignition driver chips are used in automotive airbag controllers to drive airbags.
