On July 22, Wuling Motors announced the core "three-electric" technology of its Wuling Hybrid.
At the motor level, Wuling adopts the market mainstream "P1+P3 dual motor series-parallel" technology route. The drive motor power can reach 320N·m, with an ultra-high peak efficiency of 97%, and uses low harmonic content NVH low noise and silent technology.
In the field of electronic control, Wuling Hybrid adopts a highly integrated dual-motor controller with a power density of up to 44KVA/L, a maximum efficiency of 98.8%, and a high efficiency zone of 94%. It can also realize OTA remote upgrade function. The control logic adopts feedforward control algorithm and power monitoring, which can reduce the fluctuation of overall output torque and extend battery life.
In terms of battery, Wuling Hybrid is equipped with a dedicated high-power battery with a maximum discharge power of over 100kW. It adopts the third-generation new high-kinetic chemical system and deep processing technology for positive and negative electrodes. The battery cell adopts an ultra-thin coating process, which supports more than 50,000 high-temperature and high-rate cycles, improving the battery's safety, power density and cycle life, and supports ultra-low temperature cold start at -30°C.
