First, the two parties will pre-integrate the Taoglas EDGE™ Locate IoT platform and EDGE RTK Starter Kit with Swift's Skylark™ precise positioning service, and then provide seamless positioning solutions for automotive, micromobility, delivery, robotics and industrial customers. By providing pre-integrated high-precision positioning products for various industries and simplifying installation, the two companies will greatly improve the accuracy of the delivered positioning data, thereby improving operational efficiency.
With Taoglas' IoT platform and Swift's Skylark seamless, cloud-based correction, Swift and Taoglas can provide high-precision GNSS solutions to customers around the world, and provide them in advanced SSR (state-space representation) or industry standard formats. At present, the performance of the cooperative products is very mature, which can reduce the module-level verification, integration and engineering work for customers, and Swift and Taoglas have also completed the provision of out-of-the-box solutions.
“Swift Navigation is pleased to establish a partnership with Taoglas to make accurate positioning easy to obtain across the industry,” said Timothy Harris, CEO of Swift. “In the future, we hope to provide our products as an integrated solution to customers around the world, enabling more economical and accurate positioning.”
“We are delighted to be working with Swift Navigation to enable Taoglas to meet the challenge of delivering IoT solutions based on high-precision positioning,” said Ronan Quinlan, co-founder and co-CEO of Taoglas. “Our global team of design, development, testing and manufacturing engineers are committed to delivering IoT software and hardware solutions on time, which is a first for a leading technology company.”
