On October 20, Banma Smart Driving released the AliOS intelligent driving system kernel at the Yunqi Conference. It is expected to be released in 2022 and will be the industry's first kernel open to car companies for free.
During the conference, Banma Smart Driving announced that it would jointly launch the Luoshen intelligent cockpit system with SAIC Passenger Vehicle, and it would be installed for the first time on MG ONE and Roewe's new RX5 MAX. The new cars were released simultaneously.
Banma Smart Driving said it will continue to lay the foundation in the field of in-vehicle operating systems, and jointly build a new automotive cloud laboratory with top domestic and foreign universities and industry partners to build a collaborative innovation platform for the industry-university-research-application of the automotive technology ecosystem. The first batch of co-sponsors include Professor Luo Lei, an operating system expert at the National Key High-tech Program, Professor Chen Hong of Tsinghua University, Qin Kongjian of China Automotive Technology and Research Center, and other top experts and scholars in the software field.
