1. Basic Information of the Company

Wuxi Riemann Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. is a robotics company incubated by the Wuxi Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It was established in 2016 and is headed by Academician Ding Han of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as its chief scientist. The core team comes from robotics research institutes of top domestic universities such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Beihang University. The company is based in the industrial robot industry and is engaged in the research and development and industrialization of robotic intelligent assembly technology and equipment in three sub-application fields: aerospace, energy storage flow batteries, and hydrogen energy manufacturing equipment.

Riemann Robotics has been approved as a national "specialized, sophisticated and innovative" small giant enterprise, a national high-tech enterprise, and a leading service organization for intelligent manufacturing in Jiangsu Province. It has also been selected as a leading talent team for Jiangsu Province's dual innovation and entrepreneurship program and a leading talent team for Wuxi Taihu Talent Program. In 2023, Riemann Robotics has received the favor of many investment and industrial institutions such as Jinyu Maowu, Jiangyin Talent Fund, Shanghai Chengbo, and Jicui Huake, and completed a round A financing of tens of millions of yuan.

2. Leading Products

Wuxi Lieman Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. is based on the industrial robot industry, focusing on robot intelligent equipment in the three sub-sectors of aerospace, new energy storage and hydrogen energy equipment, and developing digital assembly robot technology and equipment, mainly including the following three aspects of robot intelligent equipment:

(1) Digital assembly technology and equipment for large aviation components

(2) Digital assembly technology and equipment for energy storage flow batteries

(3) Digital assembly technology and equipment for hydrogen production electrolyzers

3. Core Technology

Riemann's core technologies cover areas such as robot in-situ measurement, robot intelligent processing and digital assembly. It has realized a complete closed-loop process from robot in-situ measurement (non-contact measurement, machine vision), intelligent assembly process control based on measurement data, assembly process software to intelligent equipment. It has more than 100 intellectual property rights, including 20 authorized invention patents.

In 2022, the core technology of Riemann Robotics, "Key Technologies and Applications for Robotic Processing of Large Complex Surfaces", won the Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and the Special Prize for Technological Invention.

4. Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for Energy Storage Flow Batteries

The intelligent manufacturing solution for energy storage liquid flow batteries covers battery stack material manufacturing, battery stack component assembly, battery stack intelligent assembly line, battery stack semi-automatic assembly line, and intelligent detection equipment for battery stack materials, components, and assembly processes.

V. Main Service Customers

Riemann Robot focuses on the digital assembly technology needs of aerospace, flow batteries and hydrogen energy equipment. In accordance with the concept of engineering equipmentization and equipment standardization, it conducts in-depth research and development and standardization of core technologies for robotized intelligent assembly to meet industry needs. It has been widely used in the mass production of all-vanadium, zinc-iron, iron-chromium, iron-sulfur and other flow battery stacks. It is the first production line supplier in China to realize the mass production and delivery of flow battery stack assembly lines.
