The container uses SVOLT Energy's self-developed 325Ah flying short blade energy storage battery cell, which has global certification and features high cycle performance, safety and reliability. The successful delivery of this product indicates that the market application scenarios of SVOLT Energy's 325Ah flying short blade energy storage battery cell are constantly expanding, and also reflects the market's recognition of SVOLT Energy's flying short blade energy storage battery cell and system.
Based on the 325Ah flying stacked short blade energy storage battery cell, the short blade liquid-cooled container designed and developed by Honeycomb Energy has innovative improvements in safety, process, materials, and intelligence. In terms of safety, the container adopts automotive-grade battery cell design and production, and meets the AI smart factory standards; in terms of process, the stacking technology is used to increase the battery pack density by 5%, the cycle life by 10%, and the cost by 15%; in terms of materials, the use of advanced LFP and nano-level chemical systems can provide high-rate and high-capacity performance, while having an ultra-long cycle life (12,000 cycles); in terms of intelligence, it is equipped with advanced BMS, equipped with self-learning and artificial intelligence technology, capable of full life cycle management, and supports battery recycling; in terms of structure, based on the short blade stacking structure, the heat dissipation effect is improved by 8%, and the life is extended by 10%. At the same time, the PACK-level fire protection and double-layer liquid cooling design are adopted to further improve safety performance.
With the industry-leading flying stack manufacturing process and short knife structure, Honeycomb Energy's short knife energy storage system and battery cells have obvious advantages in energy density, safety, and cost.
