[RVB2601 Creative Application Development] Ultrasonic pressure-sensitive buttons based on RISC-V processor [Copy link]

 

1. Ultrasonic pressure sensors can work under metal panels. First, stick the FPC with the sensor to the back of a 3mm thick aluminum plate (other materials are also acceptable, such as the plastic + leather panel in the picture).

2. Connect to the RVB2601 development board via I2C, port the sensor driver and firmware to the CH2601 platform, and calibrate the sensor.

3. The platform reads ADC data and button status through I2C. Once it detects that the aluminum plate is pressed (at the circular logo), the LED will display blue and the OLED screen will display the words Press/Release. Pressing other places will not trigger because there is only pressure signal but no ultrasonic signal.

Does this ultrasonic button consume a lot of power?
