On the afternoon of December 4, Haili Group, Hunan Yinfeng New Energy Co., Ltd., Guzhang Xiangfeng Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., and Guzhang County Hongyuan Vanadium Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the "Hongyuan Vanadium Equity Transfer and Capital Increase Contract" in the first office building of the group headquarters. Liu Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haili Group, Xiao Zhiyong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman and General Manager, Long Mingli, Legal Representative of Guzhang Xiangfeng Company and Hongyuan Vanadium Company, Wu Xiongwei, General Manager of Yinfeng New Energy Company, and members of the Party Committee of Haili Group and heads of relevant functional departments attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by Xiao Zhiyong.
Liu Weidong expressed his gratitude to Xiangfeng Company and Yinfeng New Energy Company for their trust and support for Haili Group, and expressed his confidence in the prospects for cooperation among the three parties. He said that Hunan Province is currently planning to cultivate "chain leader" enterprises of metals such as vanadium and build 10 trillion-yuan mining industry clusters. The market prospects for energy storage materials applications are very broad. The signing of the three-party agreement will surely help to give play to their respective advantages, strongly promote the rapid development of Hongyuan Vanadium Industry Company, and lay the foundation for Haili Group to build a high-quality "chain leader" enterprise in the province's vanadium industry.
Haili Group has its own core technology and production experience in the research and development and manufacturing of new energy materials. New chemical materials have become one of the two core businesses of the group. With the support of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, it now has the prospecting rights of two large vanadium mines in Guzhang County. After this equity transfer and capital increase, Haili Group holds 56.7% of the equity of Hongyuan Vanadium Industry Company, which will quickly form a 3,000t/a vanadium pentoxide smelting and extraction capacity and production scale. In the next step, Haili Group will rely on the advantages of vanadium resources in Hunan Province to strengthen cooperation with multinational companies and domestic leading companies in the field of vanadium batteries, accelerate the subsequent construction of vanadium electrolytes, stacks, electronic controls, vanadium batteries and other industries, form the group's vanadium electrolyte (battery) scale production capacity, and promote the development of Hunan's trillion-dollar mining industry.
It is reported that Haili Group is actively promoting the work related to building the vanadium industry chain, and plans to build a new energy storage material project covering the entire process of mining-smelting-electrolyte-energy storage, to create a leading enterprise in the entire vanadium industry chain in the province and even the country.
