Make every effort to seize the new track of energy storage industry, strive to build a full industrial chain from basic material manufacturing, parts production to battery assembly and system integration, and build a national energy storage production base. Promote the construction of energy storage projects. Focus on the construction of energy storage batteries and energy storage bases, and accelerate the promotion of energy storage equipment manufacturing industry projects such as lead-carbon batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries, and vanadium liquid flow batteries. Support the formation of production capacity of key equipment in the industrial chain, including battery cells, battery modules, battery management and control systems, and complete sets of integrated equipment, to create a new energy storage industry cluster. By 2023, a 200,000-kilowatt energy storage scale will be formed, and by 2030, it will strive to achieve 1 million kilowatts of energy storage. Promote the large-scale application of energy storage. Promote the multi-scenario application of projects such as supporting energy storage for large-scale new energy projects, shared energy storage, multi-energy complementarity, and distributed energy storage. Build a demonstration energy storage R&D base, carry out school-local cooperation to enhance scientific and technological service capabilities, and provide intellectual guarantee and technical support for promoting the high-quality development of the energy storage industry in Baicheng and even the entire province. Promote the application of cutting-edge technologies. Relying on the construction of "Onshore Wind and Solar Three Gorges" and "Green Power Park", we will use the introduced energy storage battery industry to promote the research of cutting-edge energy storage equipment and explore the construction of energy storage power station demonstration bases in high-cold areas. We will accelerate the promotion of cutting-edge energy storage technology demonstration applications and establish a system planning, operation theory system and business model for energy storage power stations with Baicheng characteristics.
