On May 28, the groundbreaking ceremony for the second batch of projects in the second quarter of Nansha New District and the groundbreaking ceremony for Juwan Technology Research Headquarters and Production Base were held at the "Juwan Technology Research Energy Storage Device and System Production Base" project site. Leaders of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, leaders of all levels of the Guangzhou Nansha District Party Committee, and representatives of the second batch of projects in the second quarter of Nansha District attended the project launch ceremony. At the project launch ceremony, Lu Yixian, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Nansha District Party Committee, announced that the "Juwan Technology Research Energy Storage Device and System Production Base" had officially started construction.
As the core component for providing power, the power battery is the "heart" of new energy vehicles. Juwan Technology's XFC ultra-fast charging technology is a complete solution that includes "XFC battery cell complete product technology" and "XFC charging facility technology". In 2021, XFC battery cells have been mass-produced and battery packs have been installed for listed models. The highest charging rate reaches 6C, and charging from 0 to 80% takes only 8 minutes, which realizes the XFC ultra-fast charging standard of "charging 0-80% in 10 minutes" in developed countries in Europe and the United States ahead of schedule. Models equipped with Juwan's XFC technology and products have obtained the world record certification for "fastest charging technology for electric vehicles" from the World Record Certification Agency (WRCA).
The "Juwan Technology Research Energy Storage Device and System Production Base" project is Juwan Technology Research's headquarters and the first R&D and production base. After the project is completed, it will give full play to Juwan Technology Research's administrative headquarters and R&D headquarters functions, and provide support for Juwan Technology Research's development. The project has the ability to provide supporting equipment for 120,000 new energy vehicles, and its products include XFC ultra-fast battery cells, modules and PACK system production.
