In order to seize the development opportunities of new energy battery materials, Henan Longbai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longbai New Materials"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Longbai Group Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of an annual output of 200,000 tons of lithium-ion battery materials industrialization project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), mainly to construct an annual output of 200,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate production line and related supporting engineering facilities.
In February 2022, the Phase I production line of the project (annual output of 50,000 tons) passed multiple phased equipment debugging and trial runs with materials during the trial production stage. The product quality inspection was qualified and the qualifications of some downstream customers were approved. It is now ready for production.
