China Energy Storage Network News: "The second set of stabilization and control devices of the 330 kV Qingquan substation and each substation has been put into use as required, and the devices are operating normally." On February 8, the operation and maintenance personnel of the Qingquan substation reported to the Power Dispatching and Control Center of the State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company. So far, the stabilization and control joint debugging of multiple 330 kV new energy booster stations in Jiuquan, Gansu Province connected to the Gansu Power Grid 750/330 kV hub substation and each executive substation has been completed.

The power grid stabilization and control system is an important line of defense to ensure the safe and stable operation of large power grids. According to the needs of the Gansu power grid operation mode and the layout of Gansu's new energy power transmission, the 750 kV Mogao and Dunhuang substations and the 330 kV Yumen and Qingquan substations are the load shedding main stations of the ±800 kV Qilian converter station stabilization and control system, ensuring the grid-connected power generation and transmission of the second batch of 5 million kilowatt wind power projects in the second phase of the Qi Shao DC supporting power supply - Gansu Jiuquan Wind Power Base. The stabilization and control system can provide technical support for the transmission of new energy in the Jiuquan area and meet the region's new energy power transmission needs.

State Grid Gansu Electric Power has organized targeted training and work briefings many times, arranged special personnel to be responsible for the installation of the stability control main station and the progress of the single unit commissioning, and formulated organizational measures, technical plans and safety measures in advance; ensured that the stability control joint commissioning test personnel completed the test contents of the joint commissioning plan item by item, recorded the joint commissioning data of each execution substation in detail and fed back in time, and compared and analyzed with the main station data. With the cooperation of many units, the company completed the joint commissioning work such as channel verification and strategy verification to ensure the reliable operation of the stability control system after it was put into operation. At present, the stability control system has been put into commissioning after 24 hours of trial operation.
