State Grid Liaoning Power's electricity sales in 2021 exceeded 210 billion kWh

China Energy Storage Network: On January 16, it was learned from State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd. that in 2021, the company's cumulative electricity sales reached 211.641 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 8.98%; the total social electricity consumption in Liaoning region was 257.561 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 6.28%.

In 2021, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power will make every effort to increase supply and expand sales. The company has stepped up marketing inspections and anti-theft inspections, strictly implemented electricity price and electricity fee policy standards, and ensured that all electricity fees are collected; worked hard to reduce the cost of purchasing electricity, coordinated the relationship between power generation companies and electricity users inside and outside the province, and reduced the price of electricity purchased by interconnection lines. The company consolidated the results of line loss management, increased investment in special funds for line losses, strengthened the control of construction costs, operation and maintenance costs, and management costs; explored the potential for electricity substitution in various fields, carried out demonstration project construction, and completed 3.5 billion kWh of electricity substitution throughout the year.

State Grid Liaoning Power has continued to optimize the business environment, innovatively launched the "Business Environment Improvement Year" campaign, and adopted 30 specific measures in five aspects to create the "Liao·Liang" power supply service brand; deepened the "Sunshine Business Expansion" and realized the "one-stop service" for 18 major electricity consumption businesses; promoted the "three zeroes" and "three savings" services, allowing small and micro enterprises with a capacity of 160 kilowatts and below in urban areas and 100 kilowatts and below in rural areas across the province to apply for "zero investment", saving customers a total of 1.446 billion yuan in electricity costs.

This year, State Grid Liaoning Power will continue to optimize its operating strategy and plans to achieve electricity sales of 218.8 billion kWh.
