On November 30, 2021, the "Green State Grid" was connected with the smart energy service platform of 27 provincial power companies of State Grid Corporation of China. So far, the "Green State Grid" has pushed a total of 1.1776 million comprehensive energy efficiency diagnosis reports and provided clean energy, green energy and smart energy services to 325,600 users.

The "Green State Grid" operation specialist also provided professional answers to the company from the aspects of photovoltaic overall structural knowledge, design planning, effect evaluation, etc., and comprehensively considered the user's location and building energy consumption, and formulated a 1,500-kilowatt distributed photovoltaic low-voltage grid-connected technical solution.

Demand response is a market-based means of regulating electricity supply and demand. The company has implemented demand-side management in depth, continuously improved the demand response policy mechanism, and guided and encouraged power users to adjust their production plans and actively reduce peak loads and fill valleys through market price signals such as time-of-use electricity prices or incentive mechanisms such as financial subsidies. While ensuring the stable operation of the power grid, it promotes the consumption of clean energy and helps society save energy and reduce consumption. "Green State Grid" has realized the full process of demand response business management, including user declaration, startup management, response execution, execution monitoring, effect evaluation, subsidy management, and statistical reporting, and promoted the digital transformation of demand response business.

During the peak summer period in 2021, the "Green State Grid" signed demand response agreements with 1,419 enterprises in Hubei, aggregating 2.8895 million kilowatts of adjustable loads, forming a demand-side mobile peak-shaving capacity of 5% of the maximum power load. A total of 5 demand responses were carried out, regulating 63,900 kilowatts of load, and helping to ensure stable operation of the power grid during peak load periods.

On September 24, 2021, the Gansu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on the Trial Implementation of Electricity Demand Response Work", organizing eligible users to participate in demand response through online applications on the "Green State Grid", and using government documents to clearly define "Green State Grid" as a platform for enterprises to apply online and participate in demand response.

Taking serving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as the starting point, the "Green State Grid" innovatively explores value-added businesses such as microgrids, carbon trading, market-based electricity sales agency, and green electricity procurement, and collaborates with provincial power companies to jointly cultivate and create emerging business forms such as intelligent operation and maintenance, shared electricians, and electricity operation and maintenance.

On December 2, 2021, the first operation information of the newly installed electric boiler equipment of No. 135 Middle School in Urumqi, Xinjiang was successfully uploaded to the provincial smart energy service platform of State Grid Xinjiang Power, and the data was connected with the "Green State Grid". The school's boiler operation and maintenance personnel can log in to the "Green State Grid" to view the school's energy overview, energy trend analysis, equipment energy consumption and other data and comprehensive energy efficiency diagnosis reports, and scientifically allocate equipment operation in combination with the campus schedule.

At present, the "Green State Grid" has integrated 165 provincial smart energy service platform micro-applications, formed a broad interconnected architecture system, and constructed service scenarios such as energy efficiency management, intelligent operation and maintenance, energy hosting, carbon trading agency, adjustable load aggregation and demand response, providing users with one-stop energy services.

Enhance collaboration among enterprises and create a mutually beneficial and win-win industrial system

On the afternoon of December 17, 2021, relevant persons in charge of Jiangsu Leibo Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. consulted on the "Green State Grid" platform about the filing, construction, operation and maintenance of distributed photovoltaics. According to the needs of the other party, the "Green State Grid" customer service team assisted users in establishing a communication channel with Suzhou Power Supply Company and recommended qualified service providers on the platform.
