China Energy Storage Network News: Recently, the second phase of the personalized application project of the Dongguan Songshan Lake Energy Interconnection Sharing Platform, which was constructed by China Energy Construction Guangdong Institute EPC general contracting, was fully put into operation, marking that the "smart brain" of the Songshan Lake smart energy ecosystem has completed a new upgrade towards the dual carbon goals, and provided a vivid practical example for the digital grid to become the best form for carrying new power systems.
The Songshan Lake Integrated Energy Interconnection and Sharing Platform is an energy interconnection and sharing platform built on a pilot basis in the Songshan Lake National High-tech Industrial Park in Dongguan City. The first phase of the sharing platform was put into operation in 2019, realizing real-time intelligent regulation of regional distributed resources and two-way interaction between power grid users, and building the foundation of a smart energy ecosystem with vertical device IoT control and horizontal service interconnection and sharing. Based on the "cloud, big data, Internet of Things, mobile and intelligence" technology, the Songshan Lake Phase II project has completely upgraded the Phase I project, achieved in-depth interoperability with the smart grid, and built a dynamic digital twin power grid that integrates the Internet of Things, laying a digital foundation for the construction of the Songshan Lake New Power System Pilot Demonstration Zone.
