On the afternoon of the 10th, Zhejiang Tianneng Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Forest Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will cooperate in the fields of green regeneration of activated carbon, lead-carbon batteries, hydrogen energy batteries, etc., and jointly explore the "new blue ocean" of industrial development. Jiang Jianchun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Liu Junli, deputy director of the Institute of Forest Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, attended the event.
"This signing is another practical measure for Tianneng's transformation and change. The successful signing of the project has introduced high-quality projects for us, laid a solid foundation for development, and accelerated the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading." A relevant person in charge of Tianneng's Recycling Business Department said that the two parties will work together to make full use of their respective advantages in technology, resources, talents and other fields to achieve results in the green regeneration of activated carbon and the creative application of new technologies for the manufacturing of advanced carbon materials such as lead-carbon batteries and hydrogen energy batteries.
Academician Jiang Jianchun expressed his recognition of Tianneng’s green and sustainable development concept of “limited resources and unlimited cycles”. He hoped that the two sides would jointly explore innovations, carry out project cooperation, deepen technical research and rule-making in areas such as activated carbon regeneration, and continuously deepen, broaden and refine the activated carbon industry to promote high-quality development of the industry.
At the meeting, experts and scholars such as Jiang Jianchun and Liu Junli also discussed the development of Tianneng activated carbon industry technology and the technical routes of Tianneng lead carbon, lithium battery, and hydrogen fuel cell related carbon materials. Through this industry-university-research cooperation, Tianneng Resource Recycling Company will further strengthen scientific research and innovation, promote the development and application of new products, core technologies, and scientific and technological achievements, and promote the industrialization of new energy batteries.
