According to the new Tianshui report, at 11:15 on April 27, with the successful closing of the 1113 Wangchang line switch of the 110 kV Wangpo transformer of the Tianshui power grid, the Tianshui power grid and the Longnan power grid successfully completed the electromagnetic closing and opening operation through the 110 kV Wangpo transformer in the local triangle ring area of the main grid composed of the 750 kV Maijishan transformer, the 330 kV Tianshui transformer and the Shajin transformer. So far, the Tianshui power grid has achieved a "zero" breakthrough in cross-regional 330/110 kV electromagnetic closing.
The biggest difference between this cross-regional electromagnetic closing and opening operation and the previous electromagnetic closing and opening within the Tianshui power grid is the increase in "uncertain factors", which requires higher requirements for operation control and communication and coordination. In the past, before the Wangpo substation 1113 Wangchang line was powered off, the Wangpo substation would switch to the Longnan power grid in a 110 kV standby automatic transfer mode. Although there was a safety automatic device to automatically transfer the load, it would still cause a short-term power outage in the southern area of Qinzhou District, Tianshui City, which is the main power supply of the Wangpo substation, and some loads would need to be manually restored on site. This is a key issue that needs to be urgently addressed in the annual operation mode of the Tianshui power grid.
In order to optimize and improve the business environment and improve the quality of service for users, Tianshui Power Supply Company is determined to solve this problem. To ensure smooth implementation, the company's control center faced various technical difficulties that had never been carried out before, organized technical forces to carry out repeated calculations and demonstrations, and obtained accurate verification data and operation control conditions. At the same time, it also strengthened the interactive coordination and cooperation with the control center of Longnan Power Supply Company, jointly carried out safety verification analysis and data exchange support, and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results to the greatest extent, and improved the power supply reliability level of the grid boundary nodes.
