This is the first time that Fujian has issued medium- and long-term trading rules for electricity after two consecutive revisions and releases of electricity market trading rules. After the release of the Fujian Electricity Market Medium- and Long-term Trading Rules, the original "Fujian Electricity Market Trading Rules (2018 Edition)" (Fujian Energy Market [2018] No. 147) was abolished at the same time.
This trading rule defines the main members and access conditions for Fujian's participation in market-based transactions.
