Cannot debug in CDK (DebugServerConsole.exe has stopped working) [Copy link]

When I click on Run debug or Flash Download, a window pops up saying "DebugServerConsole.exe has stopped working". My system is Win7 64-bit. I changed CDK to Win7 compatibility mode but it still doesn't work. Has anyone encountered this before?

We haven't encountered this problem yet. Please submit a work order and ask the development engineer to help troubleshoot it: https://occ.t-head.cn/people/workorder-submit

My settings are like this. I reinstalled CDK, changed to a previous CDK version, and changed the disk to install, but it didn't work. This has something to do with my computer. I changed computers and installed it by default all the way, but it didn't work on this company desktop. Is there any other way? I'll try again
