On December 5, the unveiling ceremony of the Songshan Lake Smart Energy Experience Center of the Guangdong Dongguan Power Supply Bureau of the Southern Power Grid during the Electricity Business Environment Promotion Week and the Exploration Technology Special Event of the "Enter the Power Grid" series of activities were successfully held.
The unveiling of the center is an important manifestation of optimizing the electricity business environment. It also marks that Dongguan Power Supply Bureau has officially completed the construction of the Songshan Lake Smart Grid Demonstration Zone. At the same time, on this basis, it has started the construction of the Songshan Lake Smart Energy Ecosystem Demonstration Zone driven by energy data and shared and built by multiple parties.
Dongguan Power Supply Bureau has taken another solid step in the process of building a smart energy ecosystem with the goal of achieving free interaction, intelligent collaboration and deep integration of "energy, digital and value". Dongguan Songshan Lake is a national high-tech industrial development zone and one of the first smart grid demonstration areas of Guangdong Power Grid. Here, Dongguan Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Company takes the lead in trial and strives to be a good promoter of energy revolution.
Smart grid reliable power supply lights up the new city
"We have carried out three-remote transformation through 10kV switches in the whole area, equipped with intelligent distributed feeder automation functions, to achieve millisecond-level rapid fault isolation and rapid power transfer to ensure power supply reliability." He Kejing, then director of Songshan Lake Power Supply Service Center of Dongguan South District Power Supply Bureau, introduced that as one of the "ten cores" of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Technology (000021) Corridor, the number of electricity users in Songshan Lake has continued to surge, and the companies stationed there are mainly high-tech companies such as robots and biotechnology, which have also put forward higher requirements for the quality of regional power supply. This means that accelerating the construction of Songshan Lake smart grid has become the most fundamental way to improve the quality of power supply.
In May this year, the "Guangda Hanlin Lake" smart power room in Songshan Lake passed the acceptance inspection, marking the successful commissioning of the first smart distribution room of the State Grid Corporation of China to realize high and low voltage dual power supply and dual ring network power supply. It also means the realization of the self-healing automation function of the Guangda community smart grid and the achievement of the 5-minute power supply demand.
"The dual-power ring network power supply in the community, periodic automatic patrol by robots, cloud monitoring of distribution stations, and quick access to six sets of split emergency generators have made the power room more 'intelligent'." He Kejing introduced that after the power room is equipped with a rail-mounted patrol robot, monitoring and behavior analysis can be realized, and alarms and access control can be performed in the event of abnormalities. At the same time, it can automatically identify the readings and status of instruments and meters, and monitor the environment and security of the power room in real time.
In addition to improving the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the power room, the Dongguan Bureau has also carried out the improvement of the distribution network framework and full coverage of intelligent distributed feeder automation. In the next step, it will also comprehensively carry out the upgrade and transformation project of smart substations, and continue to transform the regional distribution network according to the grid target framework to comprehensively improve the power supply reliability level.
As early as 2017, the Dongguan Bureau determined the "1+N+1" construction idea, namely, building a high-reliability power grid, building N different types of terminal energy supply modes, and building an energy Internet information sharing platform.
In terms of a reliable power grid, as an 'A+' power supply area, this year, the bureau has fully realized the full coverage of intelligent distributed feeder automation. "Two seconds! From power outage to power restoration, it only takes two blinks of an eye." He Kejing said. Through this technology, Songshan Lake was able to build a self-healing medium-voltage distribution network. "As an 'A+' power supply area, this brings us closer to the goal of building a world-leading power grid with an average annual power outage time of less than 5 minutes in the entire region."
Technology connects mountains and rivers, and dreams start from Songshan Lake. In July, Dongguan Power Supply Bureau successfully passed the mid-term evaluation of the national key R&D project "AC/DC hybrid distributed renewable energy technology". This national key demonstration project located in the demonstration site of Songshan Lake Industrial Park is the first domestic two-stage AC/DC hybrid system for power distribution and utilization based on power electronic transformer clusters. The project is of great significance to the construction of Songshan Lake Smart Grid Demonstration Zone, realizing efficient complementarity of power supply, power grid and load and flexible access of distributed energy.
Smart energy, multi-energy complementation, greening Songhu Lake
Green is the main color of the Bay Area's energy system. In the second half of this year, Dongguan Power Supply Bureau fully launched the construction of Songshan Lake Smart Energy Ecosystem to promote the friendly access and consumption of regional distributed clean energy.
"We have established an energy interconnection and sharing platform. All comprehensive energy projects in Songshan Lake and even Dongguan can be connected to this platform, and rely on the platform to achieve multi-energy integration monitoring." Huang Xuejin, director of the Planning Division of the Planning and Development Department of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau, introduced that Dongguan Power Supply Bureau used the "cloud-pipe-edge" Internet of Things technology ideas to build a multi-party mutual trust energy interconnection and sharing platform for the entire city, which helps the interconnection of various energy data and businesses.
In Songshan Lake, the successful construction of the information system has achieved extensive data collection and holographic perception, efficient and convenient transmission networks, and fast and intelligent decision-making, and has initially realized the free flow of data flows. Since the beginning of this year, Songshan Lake has had 9 comprehensive energy or distributed resource projects in 4 categories connected to the energy interconnection and sharing platform, realizing real-time monitoring and analysis of big data and optimal energy flow, and improving the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of the demonstration area through an integrated information platform and distributed control technology. At the same time, Songshan Lake has vigorously promoted the development of the electric vehicle industry, and through the construction of charging piles, it has continuously stimulated the establishment and improvement of emerging clean energy systems. In the context of advocating green and low-carbon development and accelerating the optimization of energy structure, the "green" Songshan Lake will take a step ahead in promoting the energy revolution.
In the Songshan Lake Taroko Park, amidst the lush greenery, there stands a photovoltaic storage and charging integrated charging station. As the first demonstration project in the entire network that effectively integrates the elements of smart substations based on the photovoltaic storage and charging microgrid, the charging station can convert photovoltaic power generation into electric vehicle charging and peak load shifting, etc., to achieve a basic balance between energy production and energy load in the microgrid and the recycling of clean energy. It is reported that with the 10 charging piles of the Taroko project, the Songshan Lake Park has a total of 54 charging piles, which basically forms a 10-minute charging circle, eliminating the mileage concerns of electric vehicles.
At the other end, a multi-energy complementary smart building - Songshan Lake Technical Business Building will also be officially put into use. "Its intelligence lies in the optimized complementarity of photovoltaics, energy storage, air source heat pumps and gas trigeneration, combined with a data cloud platform to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction." Huang Xuejin introduced that in addition to energy consumption, a comfortable experience is also the intelligence of the building.
Planting green will bring blue skies. In the construction of a multi-energy complementary energy system with the power grid as the core, Dongguan Power Supply Bureau has brought green concepts into enterprises, schools, and communities, built more microgrids, and managed the power grid using big data, so that every household can become a beneficiary of both producing and consuming clean energy.
