Since the launch of the new round of power reform, the reform of transmission and distribution prices has always attracted much attention. In order to further improve the standardization and rationality of transmission and distribution price determination, today, the National Development and Reform Commission issued two documents, namely, "Regional Power Grid Transmission Price Pricing Method (Trial)" (Development and Reform Price [2017] No. 2269) and "Provincial Power Grid Transmission and Distribution Price Pricing Method (Trial)" (Development and Reform Price [2016] No. 2711). The documents provide detailed provisions on the principles, calculation methods, and adjustment mechanisms of transmission and distribution prices for regional and provincial power grids.
