The 500 kV Wuzhuang-Jinghai and Fangshan-Nancai transmission and transformation projects were completed and put into operation. The Tianjin power grid is closely interconnected with the Beijing and Hebei power grids, promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei power grids. 51 "coal to electricity" supporting power grid projects were completed as scheduled, fully supporting the prevention and control of air pollution in the north. The deployment of rural power grid transformation and upgrading was resolutely implemented, and 62 supporting power grid projects were completed.
In 2019, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power actively adapted to the reform of the approval system, actively communicated with the government, and promoted the simplification and optimization of more than 30 processes such as planning, land, and construction permits, and the overall time limit for the early stage of the project was shortened by more than one third. The "1001 Project" command system with government-enterprise integration and linkage between the city and the district has been completed. In accordance with the "three meetings, three lists, and four reports" working mechanism, the deputy mayor's special coordination meetings, on-site meetings, and command office meetings are regularly held to solve a large number of early planning and engineering construction problems. At the same time, the company implemented the requirements of the "delegation, regulation, and service" reform of infrastructure, fully promoted the integration of feasibility studies and designs, implemented the integrated management of "two early stages", established a progress plan, a full-process node plan, and a site image progress notification mechanism, and continuously improved the level of construction management.
