Since the construction of "Online State Grid" began in 2018, it has achieved initial results. It has completed the APP design and development and the pilot application in Zhejiang. It will be launched online in three batches this year and will gradually become a "new window" of convenient services that customers can trust.
In terms of customer promotion, the company has achieved new user acquisition and activation through the content and activity operation of the Internet model. As of the end of June, in terms of user growth, the "Online State Grid" has accumulated 2.1273 million new user registrations, handled 1.272 million high and low voltage businesses, attracted 1.5573 million users to participate in online activities, and the monthly active rate reached 39.7%.
In terms of customer retention, we have improved the product experience and connected online and offline. We have launched innovative services such as "real-time progress check", "self-booking", "progress urging service" and "satisfaction star rating", and user stickiness has been continuously enhanced. As of the end of June, a total of 346,300 traditional and new business transactions, 542,900 payment transactions, totaling 70.042 million yuan, 346,000 self-bookings, 1.2037 million progress pushes, 1,528 urging services, 12,591 evaluation services, and a satisfaction rate of 100%.
In terms of product innovation, we build a service innovation driving mechanism and support system based on the "business + data middle platform". We provide efficient support for the entire process of innovative products, from market customer demand analysis, personalized product design, rapid product arrangement to product release, and truly make innovative products useful, easy to use, and loved by users. Through the "Green Hotel" and "Efficient Electricity Use" products that have been released, not only has the speed and efficiency of innovation been greatly improved, but also the stickiness and activity of users have been continuously and effectively improved.
In terms of value-added services, we use big data such as basic customer information, energy consumption, electricity charges, etc. to achieve precise product creation and marketing promotion. We created the "Zhenxiang+" product for high-value customers, served 5,445 large customers above four-star level, and helped enterprises reduce costs by 47.8368 million yuan; we launched the "Energy Beans" product for residential customer service, served 47,600 super-energy customers, and signed more than 219,000 smart payment customers.
In the future, "Online State Grid" will focus on four aspects to fully promote the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things channels and business innovation on the customer side.
The first is to establish comprehensive connections, increase customer and IoT touchpoints, and continuously expand the customer service group.
The second is to create an ultimate experience, promote the optimization of the business environment, continuously strengthen the construction of data sharing capabilities with government platforms, explore public service data sharing mechanisms, accelerate the interconnection and interoperability of data between government departments, and promote zero-certificate processing, so that customers can enjoy round-the-clock online services without leaving home, and achieve 100% online processing of important business.
The third is to continuously improve the level of marketing services, use big data, artificial intelligence and other modern information technologies to mine and analyze customer and behavioral data, form accurate customer group segmentation, provide personalized services in the form of target customer groups, ensure the accuracy, quality and efficiency of marketing services, improve customer loyalty, and enhance user dependence.
Fourth, we will help build the energy Internet service ecosystem, continuously innovate business models and integrated service products, optimize smart Internet of Vehicles services, promote photovoltaic cloud network construction, energy e-commerce applications and integrated energy services, explore distributed energy storage cloud services, and promote the construction of the energy Internet service ecosystem.
