The project established "three major models", including a three-dimensional scene display model that can realize the real-time data overlay display of emergency repair resources in the core area, a power grid topology model that can realize online display of the operating status of core power grid equipment, and a geographic meteorological information model that can realize active maintenance, rapid response, and rapid repair. It has effectively improved the power supply monitoring capability and emergency response speed of the Dalian power grid, and comprehensively improved the distribution network operation capacity of Dalian Donggang Business District.
The project also achieved "four major capabilities", including holographic perception of energy collection, transmission, conversion, and utilization; ubiquitous connection of business, equipment, customers, and data; open sharing capabilities to better play the role of the power grid in driving and create opportunities for the development of more market players; and promote the deep integration of the "two networks" and data integration to achieve integrated innovation capabilities in management, decision-making, and analysis. The project further enhanced the perception, participation, and improvement of power grid companies in all aspects of power grid production and operation management, and improved the efficiency of internal analysis, decision-making, and lean management of operations.
The power grid reliability improvement project in the important area of Dalian Donggang was put into use on June 25. Song Zhiqiang, director of the Northeast Customer Representative Office of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group, said: "The project will provide strong data support for the construction of Dalian's ubiquitous power Internet of Things, especially in terms of terminal integration, to provide strong guarantees for lean line loss, three-phase imbalance and other governance work, and the time for power grid repair and fault diagnosis will be shortened by half."
