From July 1 to 3, the 2019 Summer Davos Forum was held in Dalian. Technology and innovation are the distinctive features of the Summer Davos Forum. Connecting all aspects related to electricity and achieving real-time sharing - the unique power innovation elements appeared at this year's Summer Davos Forum and became a highlight. At present, in Dalian Donggang Business District, the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things is in full swing, making the power grid stronger and the power supply service more efficient.
Dalian Donggang Business District is under the jurisdiction of Zhongshan District, starting from Dalian Port Passenger Terminal in the west, Haizhiyun Park in the east, Changjiang Road in the south, and Dalian Bay in the north, covering an area of 5.97 square kilometers. As a world-class smart city demonstration area, it has added business, finance, culture, sports, tourism and other functions, and belongs to the A+ power supply area.
In order to adapt to the integrated development trend of energy revolution and digital revolution and to welcome the 2019 Summer Davos Forum, State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group launched the construction of Dalian Donggang Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things Unmanned Smart Business Hall on April 20 this year. In less than two months, the "smart, innovative, open and ecological" ubiquitous Internet of Things smart business hall was built.
Innovation around the ubiquitous power Internet of Things
The ubiquitous power Internet of Things unmanned smart business hall focuses on the ubiquitous power Internet of Things, serves the development of enterprises and residents, leads the development trend of new technologies, contributes novel and advanced power achievements to the economic development and scientific and technological progress of Dalian, and brings new intelligent products and services. The overall design of the business hall is integrated with the style of Dalian's port city.
The business hall has built Dalian's first building energy efficiency detection system, which shows users concepts such as building energy consumption monitoring and intelligent control in real time. The new business hall's self-service payment, self-service business processing and self-service invoice printing terminals are fully functional, bringing a new unmanned and fast electricity experience to corporate and residential users.
The same is true for the construction of Dalian Baishan Road Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things Smart Business Hall. As a Class A power supply business hall in Dalian, Baishan Road Power Supply Business Hall serves 369,200 customers, and the 10kV distribution line is 746.59 kilometers long. In order to ensure the construction of the project, the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group project team conducted a 24-day user demand survey on the largest scale, and after 4 rounds of expert demonstrations and more than 20 on-site discussions, it ensured that every detail satisfied the customers and every function was what the customers needed.
In less than two months, 6 support systems, 8 smart self-service terminals, 11 functional partitions, 14 video promotional films, and 86 power supply substation grid maps were all put into operation. With the concept of enhancing interactive experience, more intelligent services were used to help optimize the business environment and promote the transformation of power supply marketing service windows from traditional to intelligent, and from offline to online.
Customer-centric "service + marketing" dual integration
The construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things unmanned smart business hall adheres to the principle of "being more resolute in service" and has built "ten major areas", among which the "Online State Grid" area realizes "no running at all" for 16 simple businesses and "runs at most once" for 5 complex businesses; the grid interaction area can directly find the information of the person in charge of each area to achieve "zero distance" service; the traditional business handling area allows service personnel to walk out of the counter and provide "one specialty and multiple capabilities" diversified mobile services; the self-service area realizes 24-hour self-service payment, self-service business handling, and invoice collection; the comprehensive energy service area uses sand table sound and light to display the distribution of Dalian's comprehensive energy projects, and promotes new comprehensive energy businesses to enterprises. The business hall is also equipped with multiple achievement display areas, which comprehensively use presentations, video explanations, scene interactions and other forms to publicize the "three types and two networks" construction concept and promote new businesses and online businesses.
The business hall is interactive and convenient for the public, equipped with "five major systems". They are: a customer on-site management system that can intelligently queue, centrally manage, and monitor business; a customer satisfaction survey and evaluation system that can intelligently evaluate, classify, and optimize processing; a window same-screen interactive system that uses digital technology and network technology; a corporate channel system that integrates multimedia publishing, interactive windows, and LEDs; and an interactive projection system that includes full-screen touch, glass projection, and information publishing. These systems create a more comfortable business hall environment for customers and maintain a good business handling order.
At present, the ubiquitous power Internet of Things smart business hall has become a cutting-edge service base integrating service, marketing, and experience, as well as a diversified electricity service space with customers at the core, promoting the transformation of the traditional power supply service model to a "service + marketing" dual integration model, and laying the foundation for optimizing Dalian's business environment, building a comprehensive urban energy center, and meeting the future development needs of the power market.
Distribution Internet of Things improves the efficiency of power grid repair and fault analysis
Another project that also implements the idea of building ubiquitous power Internet of Things is the Dalian Donggang important area power grid reliability improvement project. In line with the requirements of the ubiquitous Internet of Things construction outline, the project is built from the perception layer, transmission layer, platform layer, and application layer.
The perception layer is centered on the new intelligent distribution transformer terminal. By adopting the "State Grid Core" safety and monitoring chips and sensor equipment, it transforms the low-voltage branch switches in the substation area, enhances the online monitoring of node power consumption status, and the monitoring and collection capabilities of substation operation status data, thereby improving the real-time and stability of data collection.
The application layer relies on new-generation information and communication technologies and intelligent equipment such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and mobile Internet to break down information barriers between business systems, realize the interconnection of marketing and distribution information, create an integrated smart management and control system for the entire production business, and form a diversified business collaborative application model, which will effectively improve the power supply monitoring capabilities and emergency response speed of the Dalian power grid and lay a good foundation for establishing a normalized power supply service and emergency command mechanism.
The project started construction on May 16. In less than 45 days, 1 set of 10kV low-current grounding line selection device, 1 set of cable tunnel and integrated pipe gallery monitoring, 2 sets of environmental monitoring systems, 63 sets of partial discharge and temperature monitoring devices, 90 sets of mobile operation terminals, and 245 sets of wireless radio frequency electronic tags were deployed and put into use; 2 passive optical fiber network interface boards, 2 24-core optical wiring units, 6 sets of optical fiber switch equipment, 12 splitters, 1.85 kilometers of 24-core ordinary optical cables and flame-retardant sub-tubes were put into use. A large number of "high-end" information and communication technology applications based on the "State Grid Core" such as partial discharge, intelligent perception of environmental parameters, topology identification, high-speed broadband carrier communication, fault analysis, and ultra-high frequency radio frequency have played a role, and the construction of a first-class distribution Internet of Things has been continuously accelerated...
In the early stage of the project construction, the project team of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group combined the weak links in the current distribution network networking mode and switching mode, and clarified the connotation and direction of the construction of a first-class distribution network in Dalian Donggang Business District in accordance with the four-layer structure of the perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things. The project team held seminars and promotion meetings many times to screen and inventory the smart terminals and Internet of Things technologies that can be used. On the one hand, it "filled in the gaps" to consolidate the basic construction, and on the other hand, it "created highlights" to highlight key construction. The specific measures for project construction were clarified from the aspects of implementation background, construction goals, construction principles, construction content, implementation steps, guarantee measures, and expected results.
