On April 8, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company reviewed and approved the 2019 Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things Construction Work Plan and fully launched the Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things construction work.
In 2019, the State Grid Shaanxi Power Company planned to carry out 52 tasks in the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, covering 6 aspects and 9 improvement directions of the construction outline of State Grid Corporation of China. The company carried out 11 tasks such as coding and labeling of existing equipment around the construction of physical ID, realizing ubiquitous Internet of Things for power grid equipment; deepening the construction of a unified data center for all businesses, building a data operation and maintenance platform, a data sharing platform and an analysis service platform, and achieving "double breakthroughs" in the fields of data management and data services.
State Grid Shaanxi Power has carried out 15 tasks around the construction of capabilities such as distribution and operation connectivity, cable trench safety monitoring, and holographic perception of substations; 5 tasks around the implementation of "Online State Grid" and the promotion of HPLC (high-speed broadband power line carrier communication) intelligent units; 7 tasks around the construction of bilateral power negotiation and trading communities such as grid peak-shaving assistance and Shaanxi Power Spot Market Technical Support System, as well as the research and demonstration application of artificial intelligence brokers for bilateral transactions in the power market.
In order to lay a solid foundation for development, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power has carried out its work in the direction of "cloud, network, facilities, and security", accelerated the construction of the "control cloud" platform, and improved the carrying capacity and computing scale of the "enterprise management cloud" and "public service cloud" platforms; promoted the upgrade and transformation of the fiber optic communication network in Xi'an, and consolidated the communication network capabilities; completed the distributed upgrade and transformation of the ERP and marketing systems, carried out big data analysis and diagnosis of energy efficiency in the data center, and consolidated the platform foundation; built a "panoramic" security protection system to enhance the basic support capabilities of the company's ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
