China Energy Storage Network News : The 2016 China Energy Internet Conference and Smart Energy Industry Expo opened in Qinhuangdao on the 10th. More than 900 representatives and experts from all over the country and from Europe, America and other countries and international organizations discussed the development of China's smart energy industry and jointly explored the construction of a new model for the energy Internet ecosystem.
Energy is the foundation of all elements of social production and life, and Internet+ allows all types of energy and links to say goodbye to isolation and fragmentation, and interconnect. As a field of cross-border integration of energy, energy conservation and ICT (information and communication technology), energy Internet involves three main links: energy supply, energy infrastructure and energy consumption. In terms of ICT, it involves four main links: Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and communication. This event aims to break down the barriers between the two and promote deep integration.
The Smart Energy Industry Expo attracted more than 50 companies to participate, including Intel, Baosight, Continental, State Power Investment, Bosch, Smart Energy Group, China Mobile IoT, Huayuan Taimeng, and Regaman. As an important basic project of the energy Internet ecological model, China's first public service cloud platform aimed at promoting the development of smart energy industry technology, Baidu Public Service Cloud Platform, was officially launched.
At the main forum of the day, Du Xiangwan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said that the development trend of the energy Internet is "three transformations", namely electrification, low carbonization and intelligence. The approach is "two combinations", that is, combining distributed with centralized, combining horizontal multi-energy complementarity and vertical energy "source, network, load, storage, use" optimization. "Many advanced sensors, control and software applications, big data technologies, etc., connect hundreds of millions of devices, machines and systems at the energy production, transmission and consumption ends, forming the IoT foundation of the energy Internet."
Shi Dinghuan, chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society, introduced the current status of China's renewable energy development. At present, non-fossil energy accounts for 12% of China's total energy consumption, which will account for 15% in 2020 and more than 60% in 2050. Shi Dinghuan said that China has become the world's largest wind power manufacturer, and solar thermal utilization and bioenergy are also at the forefront of the world.
Shi Dinghuan also said that building the energy internet will face arduous challenges in the future. First, the country needs to invest a lot of money to support the construction of energy infrastructure. Secondly, we need to solve the problem of application, that is, the problem of energy production and consumption. This will correspondingly require lowering the price of renewable energy and significantly reducing costs. In addition, we need to further solve the policy environment and mechanism system problems.
Zhang Yousheng, director of the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, analyzed China's energy policy during the 13th Five-Year Plan. During the 13th Five-Year Plan, China will control the total energy consumption, especially the total consumption of high-carbon energy. It is also necessary to adjust the energy structure, reduce coal, and increase the supply capacity of natural gas, renewable energy and nuclear power. The three major reform directions are: institutional and mechanism reform, energy enterprise state-owned enterprise reform, and power and oil and gas sector reform. He also revealed that the price reform of resource-based products during the 13th Five-Year Plan is a highlight of the reform in the energy sector.
In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the world economy requiring new breakthroughs and growth points, the energy technology revolution is ready to take off, and the energy Internet is a booster to accelerate the energy technology revolution. At present, all countries are stepping up the layout of energy Internet construction, and China is also in the early stage of industrialization.
In order to build an energy Internet ecosystem, this conference also held nine sub-forums, covering areas such as regional energy blockchain technology, energy-saving industry, energy network construction, smart energy cloud, and smart energy business model, focusing on solving key problems in the development of the smart energy industry.
In addition, one of the highlights of this conference is the landing of industries. On the same day, the Qinhuangdao Smart Energy Industrial Park was officially laid in the Qinhuangdao Development Zone. This is the first smart energy industry development demonstration and technology incubation base in China. The industrial park will focus on the key technologies of energy storage in the smart energy industry chain, core components of the Internet of Things, energy trading and other fields, establish a smart energy industry fund, build a northern energy trading center, a national smart energy key technology and product testing center, a smart energy innovation product display center and a national "Internet +" smart energy demonstration project.
The China Energy Internet Conference and Smart Energy Industry Expo was founded by the China Smart Energy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance in 2015. It is the only three-dimensional and international event in China that focuses on promoting the innovative development of the smart energy industry. The first event was held in Hangzhou in 2015. This China Energy Internet Conference and Smart Energy Industry Expo will close on the evening of August 12.
