When BLE meets MEMS——DIY Bluetooth somatosensory controller (demonstration) [Copy link]

This post was last edited by lb8820265 on 2020-8-29 23:02

First the video:

This time, we bring you a demonstration of DIY Bluetooth motion sensing controller. The controller is connected to the computer via Bluetooth, and you can control the game by shaking the controller.

It can recognize four directions: up, down, left, right, and clockwise and counterclockwise wrist rotation, and is not affected by holding posture.

The BLE chip used is NRF52832, and the MEMS is ST's LSM6DSL. I have mentioned the cooperation between these two many times in the previous topics.

For driver migration, please refer to: When BLE meets MEMS - LSM6DSL driver migration to NRF52832

For the basic algorithm, please refer to: When BLE meets MEMS - attitude solution

In fact, I have shown you how to display it through a mobile phone before. The post is as follows:

When BLE meets MEMS——NRF52832+LSM6DSL somatosensory toy display

This demonstration through a computer further shows its versatility as a handle and its ability to play more games.

The basic principle of the DIY algorithm is shown in the following figure.

The basic principle of the framework is shown in the figure below.

If you are interested in this DIY, I will further analyze and share it later.
